At Echo Pool we pride ourselves on being honest, everything we state on this web site is fact, none of our figures are exaggerated and we don’t make predictions just to make our figures look good.
We are by no means an easy run’s water, our lake is for the experienced angler who truly understands what is needed in the pursuit of specimen carp.
We are not really a venue for first timers to France and not suitable for anglers who aren’t experienced in handling large fish. We certainly do not cater for the catch at all costs monster hunters who think crossing the channel gives them the right to haul out huge carp all day long.
At Echo Pool nothing is more important to us than the wellbeing of our fish, we are looking to share what we have created with like-minded anglers who believe the welfare of the carp outweighs everything else.

We are a Premier French carp venue for the serious carp angler who doesn’t want other anglers ruining their holiday, during your stay your group will be the only people fishing the lake.
We have owned Echo pool since 2004, in all that time we have NEVER had a weed problem nor has our water level ever dropped, even during the hottest of summers.
